See These Systems
in Your Operation

Tell us about your warehouse. We'll show you exactly what an AI system built around your SOPs looks like — what it costs, what changes, and whether it makes sense for your operation.

What We'll Cover in the Demo

Q
How long does it take to onboard a new associate to full productivity in your warehouse right now?
Q
How are SOPs currently delivered to your floor associates — and how do they access them mid-shift?
Q
How much time do your supervisors spend answering process questions instead of managing the floor?
Q
How consistent is your operation across shifts — same process, same quality, same output?
Q
How do you find out about operational bottlenecks or productivity gaps — and when do you typically find out?
Q
What does your current safety training process look like, and how do you verify actual knowledge retention?

What to Expect

1
We ask about your operation — what's working, what's not, what's costing you the most in time and errors.
2
We show you the specific systems that address your challenges — live, with real examples, not slides.
3
We walk through what deployment looks like for your operation — timeline, what we need from you, what you get.
4
We discuss pricing. Straightforward, specific to what you need — no packages you have to upgrade out of.
What You Won't Get
A 47-slide deck about the future of warehouse AI
A follow-up sequence with 12 automated emails
Pressure to sign anything before you're ready
Generic demos that have nothing to do with your operation
What You Will Get
A direct conversation with someone who's managed warehouse operations
A clear picture of what these systems look like and what they cost
Honest feedback on whether they're the right fit for your situation

Operations That Get the Most From These Systems

We want the demo to be worth your 30 minutes. Here's a clear picture of who benefits most.

Strong Fit
You have documented SOPs, even if they're outdated or disorganized
Onboarding takes more than 2 weeks to reach full productivity
You have 50+ associates and consistent training is a challenge
You run multiple shifts and process consistency is an issue
Supervisors are frequently interrupted by routine associate questions
You find out about operational bottlenecks after they've already happened
You're a 3PL managing multiple client operations with different requirements
Probably Not the Right Fit Yet
You have fewer than 10 associates and no documented processes
No operational documentation exists in any form
You're looking for a fully automated, hands-off solution with zero internal involvement
You're in early-stage startup mode and not yet running a consistent operation

Not sure which category you're in? Book the demo anyway. We'll tell you honestly where you stand.

What the Numbers Look Like
Before You Book a Demo

Run this against your operation. The math usually makes the conversation easy.

Onboarding Cost

If a new hire takes 3 weeks to reach full productivity and you hire 40 people a year, that's 120 weeks of reduced output. Cut that by 50% and you recover 60 weeks of full-productivity labor annually.

Supervisor Time

If each supervisor answers 15 process questions per shift and each one takes 5 minutes, that's 75 minutes per shift per supervisor. Across 5 supervisors on 3 shifts, that's 375 minutes — over 6 hours — every day not being spent on actual floor management.

Error Cost

The average mis-pick costs $20–$50 in direct rework cost, before accounting for customer credits, reshipping, and relationship impact. If you're running 10,000 picks a day at a 1% error rate, that's 100 errors daily. A 30% reduction saves 30 errors — every single day.

Questions About the Demo

How long is the demo?

+

30 minutes. We keep it tight because we know your calendar is already full. If you want to go longer and dig deeper into specifics, that's your call — but we don't need more than 30 minutes to give you a clear picture.

Do I need to prepare anything?

+

No. Just show up with a rough sense of your biggest operational challenge. The more specific you can be — "our new hire onboarding takes 4 weeks and we hire 60 people a year" — the more specific we can be in the demo. But even "training is a mess" is enough to have a useful conversation.

Will you show me a live system or just slides?

+

Live system. We'll walk through real examples of the training system, AI assistant, and control tower — operating with actual content. You'll see what the interface looks like, how associates interact with it, and what the output looks like for managers.

What if I'm not ready to buy anything?

+

That's fine. A lot of warehouse leaders book a demo to understand what's actually possible with AI before it comes up in a budget conversation. Come with questions, leave with a clear picture of what these systems cost and what they're worth — and make the decision on your own timeline.

How soon after the demo would implementation start?

+

We can start within a week of agreement. First systems are live within 2–4 weeks of kickoff. We structure implementation so you see real output quickly — not after a 3-month setup process.
